Small Giants Internship

This internship at Small Giants was an eight week internship, lasting from the second week of June to the Final week of July. The Visual Media Internship had three core pillars I went over throughout the course of it, pillar one being photography. Photography was the first thing I had started with and was practiced throughout the whole course of the internship no matter what other projects I was working on, with some work examples being; taking client headshots, taking client construction site photos, and taking event photos at client events. Pillar two was Videography, capturing high quality videos of events with company equipment. The final pillar, being the strongest in the ladder half of my internship, was Video Editing. For video editing I had two major tasks. One being to edit and upload the Academy For Construction Excellence videos after being captured for those taking the courses to re watch or for new comers to go back and watch previous sessions. These sessions would range from an hour and a half to two and a half hours. My bigger and more exciting video editing project was an in-house interview edit of two co-workers in the Pursuits Team going over Proposals and Bids.
